It looks like something comes loose on the left side and allows the wheel to pitch into the wheel well, where it snags and tramps the axle a couple of times before the axle pitches down and (presumably) locks the drivetrain long enough to drag out from under. I don’t see any leaf springs - trailing arm setup installed by idiot?
